To save space, download files (except for the FULL installs) do not contain some of the common support files requires for all programs. You may already have them, but if you need them you can download them here.
Getting a DLL Error?
If you get a "DLL" error of any sort, chances are you are either missing the Microsoft VB6 runtime libraries or need to update them to Service Pack 4 (SP4.)
All Blue Knot Software programs require the standard VB6-SP4 runtime libraries. Download and install them FIRST.

Help won't open?
The new help files are in HTML help format, the new Windows standard. To reduce file size and download time, the HTML help viewer files are not included in any of the individual packages. Chances are you've got them already, but if you need them, you may download them HERE. If you have Windows XP or 2000 you should not install this file (you don't need it anyway). If you have an older version of Windows but own a recent MS product such as Office 2000 or Internet Explorer 5.5+, you probably don't need them as they use the same type of help.
