Blue Knot Software

SHAREWARE POLICY Blue Knot Shareware may be used on personal and commercial computers for 90 days after installation. After 90 days, a registration fee is required for continued use. Users who send in their registration fee may continue to use the shareware version after 90 days until they receive their registration code.

Because of the copyable nature of software and registration codes, and the ability to try all major features of the software prior to purchase, all sales are final.

WARRANTY This software has been written as well as I could write it; and while I have tested it and tried to get all the bugs out, I can't forsee all circumstances and configurations.

Also, Total Rename in particular is powerful enough to let you change some things that really shouldn't be changed and which can cause some programs or even Windows itself not to work if used improperly. (Use with care! You're safest if you only rename non-executable files you have created or downloaded)

In no event shall Blue Knot/Dan Redding be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

DISTRIBUTION & LINKING Blue Knot Software (Shareware, Freeware and additional files) NOT INCLUDING beta versions and unsupported releases may be freely distributed under the following conditions:

Distributed in the original, unmodified package (.ZIP file) with the original filename. No files may be modified, added or removed from the package.
No charge is made except for costs to cover media and shipping.
Shareware packages are clearly identified as Shareware.
You may link to ZIP files and logo graphics/screenshots on this server. You may not link to files in the tiled graphics section.
